Safer Internet for kids

Tougher laws are in place to keep your kids safe while surfing the Internet. In Albany Wednesday, Governor Paterson signed the "Electronic Security and Targeting of Online Predators Act" or "E-Stop."Convicted sex offenders now have to register their Internet screen names on the sex offender registry.
